What are Support Partners?

The primary role of Support Partners is to make it easier for some refugee-led organisations to get the most out of Reframe. RLOs select support partners on Reframe if they feel they will benefit from support in administration, communication or other areas of practical support.

Support Partners are organisations that have long-term experience of providing support to RLOs. They can be NGOs, RLOs, or any other agency that can provide relevant support to RLOs. The types of activities offered include:

• Supporting in disbursing funds to RLOs on behalf of donors. This can be relevant where a donor is not able to transfer funds to a remote location, or where a support partner can reduce administrative costs for a donor.
• Supporting in recruitment of RLOs to Reframe in geographical regions where the support partners have a presence.
• Supporting with profile building and providing language support for RLOs when signing up on Reframe.
• Helping to verify RLOs who sign up on Reframe, and other aspects of due diligence.
• As requested or desired with mutual agreement from all parties, to deliver other types of support to RLOs in their region such as capacity strengthening, networking support and more.

It is optional for RLOs to list a support partner and they can add or change support partners at any time.

All Support Partners
